The Lizards Club

A great way for children age 6-17 to have fun on a weekend!  To join the club children must do the Lizard Intro Course.

Throughout the school holidays we run sessions which are open to all children.  Please call within the two weeks prior to book.

Taster Session

Experience indoor rock climbing with a 1 hour taster session. Try it on your own or with a group of up to 5 people. A Leeds Wall taster session will give you a valuable insight into the exciting sport of rock climbing and point you in the right direction if you wish to develop your knowledge and experience further.

Group Session

Group climbing sessions are available for groups of 6 to 16 people in 1, 1½, 2 hour time durations. Group sessions are an ideal way to introduce people to rock climbing and are suitable for adults, children, families and school groups.

Climbing Birthday Parties

Why not try something different this year and have a climbing birthday party. These comprise of 1 ½ hrs climbing with an instructor and then a buffet of sandwiches, crisps and pizza followed by ice cream for dessert. Minimum group size is 6, maximum is 10.

Junior Assessment

Due to the nature of climbing, we have to make sure that juniors are safe at all times. For those children over 14 years who have been climbing for some time and wish to use the Leeds Wall without instructor supervision we have a Junior Assessment, which assesses their competence and makes sure that they are safe.

The junior has to climb with an instructor for approx. one hour and has to demonstrate that they can do the following:-
